If the remotes work but the wall button doesn't, it's usually the wall control or its wiring. Either way it's a small part rather than a whole new motor in most cases, and we can test both quickly.
Usually a fresh bottom weather seal solves it, sometimes paired with a floor threshold seal where the concrete slopes the wrong way or has worn low spots. In heavier cases we can look at how the water is pooling and whether a bit of drainage or a threshold strip is the better answer.
