That actually helps us narrow it down. If the wall button opens the door but remotes don't, the motor is fine and it's a remote coding or receiver issue. If the remotes work but the wall button doesn't, it's usually the wall control or its wiring. Either way it's a small part rather than a whole new motor in most cases, and we can test both quickly.

Usually a fresh bottom weather seal solves it, sometimes paired with a floor threshold seal where the concrete slopes the wrong way or has worn low spots. In heavier cases we can look at how the water is pooling and whether a bit of drainage or a threshold strip is the better answer. Send us a photo after rain if you can — it helps us bring the right seal first time.

When we quote, we take your location and how exposed the opening is into account, and we'll recommend a door and bracing that suits — not just the cheapest option that might not hold up.
