We've got a real factory and showroom here in Toowoomba. Drop in any time, look at the doors, watch a gate being built. You can't do that with a one-man operation running out of a home garage.

Service call — from $155
Your technician comes out, looks at it properly and tells you what it needs.
Major repair — from $250
Where it needs more than an adjustment. He'll price it before he starts.
Springs replaced — $350 to $495
Where it lands depends on the door, its size, and whether it takes one spring or two.
Premium motor fitted — from $880
A new Merlin motor, fitted and set up, with your remotes.
These are our starting prices for local jobs, and they include the callout. If your door needs something out of the ordinary, your technician will quote you on the spot before he starts. Prices include GST.

How fast can you get out to me?
It depends where you are and how busy the day is. Ring us and we'll tell you honestly, not just what you want to hear. Our technicians are on the road 7am–7pm, seven days.
Do I need to be home?
It helps, so we can show you what we found and what we did. If you can't be there, just tell us when you book and we'll work something out.
Do you charge just to come out?
Our service call starts at $155 and that covers your technician coming out and properly diagnosing it. It's not an extra on top of nothing.
What if it can't be fixed that day?
If a part has to be ordered in, we'll make the door safe and secure before we go, then come back and finish it.
Is it safe to keep using the door?
Tell us what it's doing when you ring. If it's not safe we'll say so straight away, and we'll tell you how to open it by hand in the meantime.
