Steel-Line has been manufacturing garage doors in Australia for over 45 years. Founded as a family business and headquartered in Brisbane with manufacturing plants in QLD, NSW and VIC, Steel-Line is the country's largest privately-owned garage door manufacturer. The brand is best known for the Fortex sectional door (a flush, contemporary panel that's become extremely popular on modern Toowoomba builds) and a deep custom panel program that lets us match almost any architect's drawing. Steel-Line uses Australian BlueScope Colorbond steel across the entire range.
Steel-Line operates a tightly controlled dealer network — they only sell direct to authorised installers, never through retail. As an authorised Steel-Line dealer, Limitless receives factory pricing, priority production scheduling on custom panel orders and direct technical support from the Brisbane plant. Steel-Line Fortex is the door of choice for architect-designed contemporary homes around Highfields, Middle Ridge and East Toowoomba where the brief calls for a clean flush face. The Decowood and Heritage ranges suit character properties and renovations in Newtown and South Toowoomba. Steel-Line's standard roller door is excellent value for sheds and rural properties across the Lockyer Valley, Cambooya and Pittsworth where a Colorbond roller is the practical answer.

Two completely different companies despite the similar name. Steel-Line (with the hyphen) is a Brisbane-based garage door manufacturer. Steeline (no hyphen) is a national network of independent steel and roofing distributors that also supplies garage doors. We deal with both — the products are not interchangeable.
Standard Fortex and Heritage doors typically arrive at our workshop within 10-15 working days of order. Custom panel builds in non-standard sizes, mixed materials or special colours generally take 4-6 weeks from final drawing approval.
Yes. Steel-Line manufactures in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne using Australian BlueScope Colorbond steel. The bulk of Limitless installs come out of the Brisbane plant, which keeps freight time to Toowoomba under 48 hours.
Steel-Line provides a 7 year structural warranty on sectional and roller door curtains, and 12 months on hardware in domestic applications. Commercial warranties are quoted per project. Limitless administers warranty claims directly with the Steel-Line factory on your behalf.
Yes — that's our most common Fortex install. We measure the existing structural opening, order the panel kit cut to size from Steel-Line, and fit it to your existing brickwork or timber jamb. Most retrofits are a half-day on site.
