The Scenic Rim is an acreage market — big blocks, long driveways and rural sheds. Most of our Boonah, Kalbar and Aratula jobs are either a new build off the Cunningham Highway or an owner replacing a tired timber-frame roller door on a machinery shed. We do a Rim run roughly every second week and coordinate multiple jobs into one trip so we're not passing on the extra travel to a single customer.
The Fassifern Valley sits in a genuine wind funnel between Mount Alford, the Great Divide and the McPherson Range, so wind-load rating matters here — we routinely upgrade Boonah acreage doors from a standard N2 rating to N3 or N4 spring assemblies, and we've seen plenty of storm-damaged doors from summer downdrafts through Kalbar and Peak Crossing.
Across the Rim we install acreage-sized double doors, shed and workshop roller doors, replace wind-damaged panels, and install driveway sliding and swing gates with solar or mains motors.
