Terms of Trade
Limitless Garage Doors & Gates Pty Ltd (ABN 36 681 742 567)
QBCC licence 15152943. Effective from 12 October 2026. Version 1.0.
These terms apply to every quote we give and every job we do. We have kept them as clear as we can. If anything is unclear, ask us before you accept a quote.
1. About these terms
These terms of trade apply between you, the customer, and Limitless Garage Doors & Gates Pty Ltd (ABN 36 681 742 567) ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to the supply and installation of garage doors, gates, motors and accessories, and to repairs and servicing.
Your quote, these terms and our warranty information together make up our agreement. If a quote says something different from these terms, the quote applies.
2. Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Quotes are based on the information and measurements available when we prepare them. If we measure on site and find the conditions are different, we will tell you and give you a revised quote before going ahead.
- Prices on our website and estimates given over the phone are a guide only. They are not a quote.
- Unless a quote says otherwise, prices include GST.
3. Accepting a quote and deposits
You accept a quote by signing it, replying in writing, or paying the deposit. For supply and install jobs we ask for a deposit of 50% of the quoted price before we order products. Repairs and servicing do not usually need a deposit.
4. When payment is due
- For supply and install jobs, the balance is due on completion.
- For repairs and servicing, payment is due on completion.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
- To reschedule a booked visit, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
- If you cancel after accepting a quote, we will refund your deposit less any costs we have already spent, such as products ordered that cannot be returned.
- Made to measure doors are not refundable once they have been ordered.
6. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights. Our workmanship warranty and the manufacturer warranties are explained on our warranty information page.
7. Disputes
If you are unhappy with our work or have a dispute about an invoice, please contact us first on 07 4615 4481 or hello@limitlessgaragedoorsandgates.com.au so we can try to fix it. If we cannot resolve it together, you can contact the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) for building work, or the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT). These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
