The Warrego between the Range and the M5 is one of the fastest-growing residential corridors in South-East Queensland, and the strip from Plainland through Laidley, Rosewood, Walloon and out to the Amberley fringe is where we spend most of our west-Ipswich hours. New-build estates go up here every quarter, so we get pulled in for handover door swaps and warranty follow-ups as often as we get called for repairs.

This corridor sits close to RAAF Amberley, and homes near the base often need heavier-gauge doors and better-sealed weatherstrips to knock down noise. We also see a lot of Forest Hill and Laidley shed conversions — old ag sheds becoming workshops — which usually means retrofitting a Colorbond roller door and a Merlin SilentDrive to a frame that was never designed for automation.

Through the western Ipswich corridor we install sectional, panel-lift and roller doors, retrofit motors and remotes, and repair broken springs, off-track doors and dead openers.
